Hot Chili Ginger and green Garlic Pickle is one of the best pickles in northern India. This is a very hot/spicy and tasty pickle. People who like hot, spicy, and testy pickles as a side dish, can prepare this. It is very easy to prepare and start consuming it immediately.

Ingredients
1 kg green chili
1/2 kg green garlic
250 gm ginger
200 gm see salt
150 gm dry mango powder
300 ml mustard oil
This pickle belongs to north India, mostly prepared in Varanasi(Banaras). People who likes spicy pickle they must try this pickle. Test of this pickle is amazing.
You can add or remove the ratio of ingredients as per your requirement.
You should try this recipe, this is my favorite pickle.
Steps
Crush all the chili in food processor/mortar and pestle, it should not in the pest form.
Crush all the green garlic in food processor/mortar and pestle, not in the pest form.
Crush all the ginger in food processor/mortar and pestle, not in the pest form.
Collect all chili, green garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Mix the salt, dry mango powder and mustard oil.
Mix it well and store it in a glass container.
The life of this pickle is 6 month. If you want to expand the pickle life, increase the amount of mustard oil. Pickle should be under the oil.
You can use it immediately.
Uses
You can use it with your meal as a side dish.
You can use it when you are going to fry any vegetables and wants the spicy output of you vegetables.
