Ingredient

  1. Radish 1 or 2 (200 gm)
  2. Coriander leaves for garnishing (20 gm)
  3. Chili 1 or 2 (optional)
  4. Half lemon
  5. Salt (as per your test)
  6. Ginger 1.5 inch (20 gm)

Step 1-

Grate the radish and ginger in a bowl.

Step 2 (Optional)-

Chop the green chilli and put them in the bowl.

Step 3 –

Roughly chop the coriander leaves, and put them in the bowl.

Step 4 –

Squeeze the half lemon and sprinkle the salt into the bowl as per your test and mixed it well.
