Ingredient
- Radish 1 or 2 (200 gm)
- Coriander leaves for garnishing (20 gm)
- Chili 1 or 2 (optional)
- Half lemon
- Salt (as per your test)
- Ginger 1.5 inch (20 gm)
Step 1-
Grate the radish and ginger in a bowl.
Step 2 (Optional)-
Chop the green chilli and put them in the bowl.
Step 3 –
Roughly chop the coriander leaves, and put them in the bowl.
Step 4 –
Squeeze the half lemon and sprinkle the salt into the bowl as per your test and mixed it well.
Try to put salt in the salad when you are going to consume it. Once the salt is mixed with the salad, the salad starts releasing its juices.

Radish salad can be consumed in the morning and afternoon. Avoid having this at night.
